Ever since it became available for Europe, I was after the Everett Hoodie Tunic and when I got it, it was one of the best decisions I have made. Along with the cropped black Axis leggings, I feel very comfortable both indoors and for casual outdoor events such as a visit to a photographic event or museum. Although I prefer strictly wool items for the T-Shirts, I understand both the hoodie and the leggings need to use a little percentage of stretch material to make them work as they do. I can only recommend it. I must agree with the person reviewing the color to be a bit more in the direction of plum, but I also don't mind and it also looks very good when combined with other colors. Size-wise I was hesitant about the M, because according to description, I could also have gotten an L, but I prefer not too wide clothes and the M still leaves some room at the belly (my problem area, otherwise I am a straight M).
After 100 days a little outside of my comfort zone wearing a real dress I have been in the cozy middle of my comfort zone with this tunic length hoodie. It is a thicker fabric, but by the thick wooly layers in Scotland standard this is a light weight hoodie ideal for relaxing in and going out in too. It has so far been used mainly with jeans but I did combine it with thick tights and boots for an outing to a show.
Okay, like many others I hesitated. What size should I get? Would the arms be too tight (my problem area)? Long story short, I got one. And I absolutely love it! I went for size M, so that it would be a snugger fit and I really like it. I'm an hourglass shape, in case that helps people with their own decision making. I could have gotten an L, which would have been looser and probably would have worked as well. Overall, it's a great item. I like wearing it with jeans or leggings, with a t-shirt underneath or not. It's comfortable and looks somewhat classy for a hoodie.
It fits tightly around my pear type body (hips 112 cm), but I expect it to relax. I would buy XL if would like to fit like mini dress. Forest green is such beautiful color. Material is very pleasant. I like Everet a lot.
I like this size better than the M, cause the m was to big aroun my waist. I have wide hips so the fabric collected itselfs above it and it didn’t looked balanced or something like that, but the S is definetly not to small for my hips. I like my dresses slim fitting and this is the perfect combination without the space around my hips to small or the space around my shoulders be to big.
I now wore the dress for 12 days straight, haven’t needed to wash it yes, not for staines or for sweaty smells, they dissapear overnight while hanging in a ventilated room.
Besides that i also like the material of wool, not itchy at all by the way, but the temparature regulation is something I love! I always had trouble to keep my warmth in the house after or without a hike and since I wear wool in general I don’t swing that much anymore.
Many positive thoughts about the dress so would definetly recommend it:))
Although the color is a bit different than in the photo, I love my tunic. It's comfy, it's keeping me warm without being bulky and it looks great on me. Would definitely recommend!
Easy everyday use. Like a tunic on me. The fabric relaxes after some day. Buying another when the colour is available. Might size down fom large to medium like I do in the sleeveless dresses.
This is just such a good garment for chilly weather. I went up two sizes, as I wanted a roomy fit, and it's absolutely perfect.
I have worn it literally every day since it arrived, nothing else is quite as good just now.
The hood surprised me by being useful, and the pocket is excellent too.
The colour is not straight burgundy, it has a bit of plum in it. I love both colours, so it works fine for me. I bought her in the size I normally wear and that fitted fine. The bottom bit relaxes a bit more than the rest, so it is more like a tunic than a hoodie. I am so glad to have a sweater top in wool that easily falls below my bottom (though it might be a bit long for smaller people, I am 1.78/5'10") and the kangaroo pocket is really handy. The material is very comfortable. Not really thin, but less thick than I expected, which means I can wear her all year round. I foresee more Everetts in other colours in my future :) .
I love Everett. So wonderfully cozy. And when you pick a size for a more fitted look, it can pass for smart-casual wear.
There is some ‘relaxing’ of the fabric after several days of wear, but it not an entire size or anything, at least for me. It has still maintained the original silhouette.
The neckline is wide enough that the hoodie is not annoying, yet pulling it up gives you that extra warmth if it’s windy or so.
