Winona is one of my favorite layering pieces. I have two: one in forest night, one in black and boy do they deliver! The cut is ample so I went with my regular size (I tend to size up because I have broad shoulders, but this wasn't needed here).
I love the versatility that Winona offers: I wear her with jeans, dresses and as a light mid-season jacket. A truly wonderful piece that deserves a place in every wardrobe!

I bought this as a replacement for a black Lou that I found to fiddly and didn't reach for anymore.

The thick interlock fabric is luxurious. I can see myself wearing this for extra warmth and comfort just as well as in a formal or semi-formal setting. I hoped to have Winona fulfil my need for a blazer in professional settings, but probably wouldn't wear her as the only layer above a dress to achieve this goal. However, because it's a cardigan, I find myself reaching for her more often than I did for Lou.

Winona creates a somewhat boxy look that isn't my favourite on my rectangular frame. Again, appropriate in professional settings, but not the most flattering. The sleeve length is more bracelet length.

Overall, it wasn't love at first wear with Winona for me, but I'm glad I kept her and see myself putting her on regularly due to her versatility and sheer comfort.
