Really like the dress, the fabric is soft and very comfortable. I have had it for both hot summerdays and colder days. The size is big.
It would be nice with a bit shorter modell also.
I did my challenge in a Willow, and loved it. After carefully reading reviews, I chose a Sierra for my reward dress in a size smaller than normal. Oh my - I didn’t know it was possible to love a dress this much. It’s comfy, it’s stylish, very breathable (so no worrying about wearing it in the summer!) and it has pockets!
My one wish is that they would make XS in long! It’d be much better for work in a long version. I’d love to buy a couple more but will hold out for a long version 🤞
After reading the reviews here I downsized from m to s, and still have plenty of space. Aim for fit on the chest, the dress itself has a lot of width. It's a dress for slacking on the sofa, as well as a dress for styling with belt and accessories to wear out.
I sized down to an XS in this which was definitely a good choice. It is super comfortable. The fabric feels a bit like terry cloth and drapes nicely. I was worried it was going to feel too thick for summer but not at all. I admit it is not the sexiest dress. My husband commented it was "almost Amish." But, it is cute and comfy. I love the dusty blue colour and have already found a reason to wear it twice in the first week. I would be tempted to get another one if they get more colours on the EU site.
I love a define waist so and I was hesitant to get a Sierra. I didn’t want a pyjamas and I don’t like sweats. Now I’m glad that I did try. I have Small in Wool& dresses and though I would fit in XS I like the fit.
I have Sierra in Washed navy and black and paired with the rigth accessories they can be business casual and great for work and other nicer gatherings. Sierra is great at family time too, cozy and soft.
I love the colour and the comfort, it really is what everyone said. As a woman with large breasts though, I would have preferred a neck line that was lower and less material. I feel quite large in it and will have to get the neck line altered to be more flattering.
Mamy people say that this style runs big.
My measurements for reference;
5'4", bust 31, waist 25, hips 33. I was worried that this would be too wide on me, but I really like the fit. My shoulders are not particularly narrow (not terribly wide either), even if the rest of me is narrow. A great dress! Very comfortable and soft, and I love the colour (dusty blue)
I received my dress last week and wore it almost every day since. Very happy!
Fantastic dress to wear over things, under things, or on its own! The fabric is too heavy weight to tuck into bottoms, but is very forgiving for any bumps underneath.
I don't mind it, but the thick pockets hit the largest part of my hips.
My measurements put me at high end of medium/low end of large. My first dress, medium, was far too large and a small fits perfectly! So definitely size down and consider sizing down again if you are inbetween.
This isn't my most fashionable/sexy dress--but it's classic, comfortable, and very easy to style. I'm using it for the 30-day challenge and I'm happy with it. Size down!
