My second dress from Wool&, The plum cameilla ,, I would have preferred black but it had sold out, the dress is lovely, still not 100 per cent sold on the colour, fabric is soft and flowy and the pockets are not obvious, fits better then a Cora which is what I was looking for.
I would also love a much longer length to be offered . I love this regular one as it hits just above the knee.
Great dress for warmer months! I was happy to have ordered the longer length as it gives a certain elegance when worn with a belt. I’d certainly recommend it. I imagine the dress is great in winter with leggings and a T-shirt.
I’m just over half way through the 100 day challenge in black Camellia and I’ve loved every day of it so far. Really soft fabric, and extremely versatile for wearing in different ways. I’m really glad I chose this one for the challenge as it’s really easy to match with everything else I own and no one has noticed that I hadn’t told already. Hardly needs washing - spot cleaning with plain water has got out everything that I’ve spilled on it so far. Great for hot weather and travelling light - easy to wear both to the beach and to dress up for outings.
I wear M in most other brands, but S fits really well with plenty of swing and no tightness anywhere.
I’ve bought another Camellia (long marine blue) and a Sierra (regular canyon red) since - see photo for comparison of fit.
Camellia hangs beautifully from my shoulders and glides over my breasts, but doesn't cling to my tummy. It has a nice swing to it. Cerise is a lovely color, not quite pink, not quite red so easy to style with a variety of the pink and red prints that are already in my closet. I will reach for this dress often in the humid, summer heat of Hungary, but also when I return to Iowa. Like Sierra I will be watching the armholes closely for signs of gaping. I hate when my bra shows. A lot of travel is on the schedule this summer and this dress will definitely make it into the travel capsule that I am assembling. I love the pockets, but don't trust my phone not to slide out when I sit, so it will generally be paired with my pocket bike shorts where my phone will rest securely, when I'm not using it.
A fantastic dress. Once I found the right fit (I was swimming in a size too large and felt frumpy) I’m over the moon. It is fantastic!! Soft, elegant can be dressed up and dresses down. I could easily only pack this dress for an entire weekend.
If you’re on the fence, try it. It will be a wise investment.
If I had to wear only one dress for the rest of my life it would be a black Camellia. Absolutely love the dress. It's more sleek and formal-appropriate than Sierra (though I do also love my Sierra), perfect for layering over, and works for every situation. The fit is great! I prefer the Camellia fit over the Summer, which is more sleek. Camellia is a proper swing style, so it doesn't cling to my belly the way summer does. Would love to see this style in more colors, like Aegean teal or with (Breton) stripes. Also, I read that no restock is planned for this year, which is very sad. In that case I hope next year will see a big restock, so more people can discover this fabulous dress!
I love the feel and colour. It will be perfect for summer
Love the colour and fit. The fabric feels so good
I bought S because M was sold out in the spruce green colourway. The fit is good - slightly tight in the armpits but I like that there's some definition in the bust area. Long length is good on me but short wouldn't have been too short either. Unfortunately it hasn't been warm enough to wear it more than a couple of days, but it'll be a staple this summer vacation/conference season.
It was too big so I exchanged it for a smaller size. It feels very good
