I got the Sierra tank dress in XS and I'm swimming in it. It's too long and most especially far too wide. I washed and dried it in the dryer and it shrunk a little bit which makes it fall to a nicer length just above the knee, but I plan to get the dress altered to make it closer to the body as it looks like I've stepped into a tent. The material is nice and soft and I think I will like the dress when it's altered, but as is no way.
I got the sierra tank dress. I’m on day 8 of the 100 day challenge, I signed up but didn’t hear back confirming if I was excepted on it but will do it regardless as a personal challenge.
The dress is everything it promises to be, odour resistance, doesn’t crease and all marks wash off with a wet sponge.
Unfortunately the dress just doesn’t look good on me which is disappointing cos I’ve heard so many great reviews of people living this challenge and I’m feeling very frumpy. I think I’ve got a size too big. I’m also breast feeding so this limits a few ways of me wearing it as I need easy access. I read reviews of other women breast feeding in this dress which is why I got it but I personally struggle and think other styles might be easier. Having said that, it’s not impossible and I’m hoping as time goes on I’ll enjoy the challenge more and more - it is supposed to be a challenge after all.
The dress is lovely and all the problems I have is my body not the dress! I’ve got three children under 5 so the dress gets dirty and I just sponge it down every evening. I also take it off at dinner times which I have the most dirty fingers and mouths coming at me.
So far no one has noticed that I am wearing the same dress every day, even my husband hasn’t said anything. I purposely haven’t told him cos I wanted to see how noticeable it really is. Tucking it into jeans is easy and doesn’t even look like I’m wearing a dress at all so I can’t imagine anyone suspecting a thing
I did my 100 day dress challenge in a charcoal heather Sierra and on day 90 rewarded myself with another Sierra, this time in black for more formal occasions. This is a lovely, simple dress. You can dress it up, or down, and it is totally adaptable. I mostly wore it with a cardi, or a long-sleeved t-shirt or jumper underneath, with leggings or tights as autumn set in and boots. It is the perfect travel dress too - I'm currently in a boarding school in Bristol, my black Sierra is my day wear, and my older Sierra my night wear. Merino wool is so comfortable to sleep in.
This is super comfortable. I sized up to XL, and have worn it now for 88 days. It is so easy to throw on each morning, washes and dries without fuss. I do think I should size down to L for my next Sierra though. Just for info, I bought a charcoal heather, then dyed it purple, and now it is dark coffee brown.
I'm so pleased with my choice of the Sierra dress. I can mix it with everything, it's flattering, washes well, and is super comfy.
Seize perfect . A really beautifull dress. But so sorry, I sent it back. Under the neck for me it is to high and I found it too wide at the bottom. In short: not feminine enough. So sorry because I was looking forward to this dress.
I couldn't be happier with my dress - the quality is incredible. It feels amazing on and I absolutely love the pockets. Fits really well and just a great piece.
I'm on day 7 of my 100 day challenge with Sierra and it's been incredible. I love the fabric and even in 40 degree weather, Sierra stays breathable and comfortable. I'm glad I sized down for a more fitted look, and I wonder if I could wear an even smaller size because the arm holes stretch by 3+ cm in length by the end of the day. The drape of the dress is beautiful and I'm thrilled with the Washed Navy color. I'm definitely a fan of Wool&!
I have finished the 100 day dress challenge in my black Rowena XS long version and really liked the dress!
But the moment I put on my Sierra I knew it was LOVE!
The fabric is so soft and comfy and it feels like an embrace.
The color is basic, beautiful and goes with all the other items in my wardrobe.
The cut looks good, classic and can be dressed up and down easily!
Absolute recommendation ❤️
Idealer Allrounder.
